On October 27, Kapuso star Matt Lozano detailed his experience working with Carla Abellana from ‘Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko’ and ‘Voltes V: Legacy.’
At the media conference for Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko: Game Over, Lozano differentiated his role in the installment of the Kapuso program to his character as Big Bert.
Lozano said, “Medyo may pagka-villain kasi si Thyne and napakalaking jump, lalong-lalo na working with Miss Carla sa Voltes V: Legacy, which is Nanay ko, tapos dito parang biglang naging masama po ako. But I’m happy to work with everyone.”
Additionally, he described the entire cast of ‘Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko: Game Over’ as energetic.
‘Voltes V: Legacy’ was set to be released in 2019. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, GMA Network pushed the production date to 2020, with an air date of 2023 planned.
The highly anticipated Philippine adaptation of the classic anime features Kapuso stars Miguel Tanfelix, Radson Flores, Lozano, Raphael Landicho, and Ysabel Ortega.
As for their upcoming project, Lozano and Abellana star in the latest installment of the series, Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko: Game Over, alongside Cassy Legaspi, Will Ashley, Althea Ablan, and Luis Hontiveros.
