Actor Mark Anthony Fernandez discussed how his fitness routine uplifts him as an actor.
At the media conference for Pamasahe on November 14, which LionhearTV covered, Fernandez cited the benefits of working out, especially for his mental health and confidence.
So bilang nasa proper weight talagang na-uplift ako.”
He then explained how his physique contributed to his career as an actor.
“Hindi naman, feeling ko talagang ganon. Kahit makikita mo sa statistics, kapag hindi ako nasa proper weight, parang hindi ako masyadong, walang masyadong itsura or dating bilang artista. Parang ganon.”
He then recounted his fitness journey through the years and how he achieved his current weight of 160 lbs.
So pagkalaya ko, todo ensayo ako.
Fernandez stars in the Vivamax film Pamasahe. The erotic drama features the first starring role of Azi Acosta with the Viva cast including Felix Roco, Rash Flores, Chad Solano, Aj Oteyza, Shiena Yu, Julio Diaz, and Erlinda Villalobos.Â
Directed by Direk Roman Perez Jr., Pamasahe premieres on December 5 via Vivamax Plus and streams on December 9 via Vivamax.
