On November 10, actress Kylie Verzosa shared her reaction to winning Best Actress at the Distinctive International Arab Festival Awards (DIAFA).
LionhearTV covered Verzosa’s launch as Tanduay’s 2023 Calendar Girl, where she expressed her gratitude and fulfillment about winning Best Actress in DIAFA.
Verzosa expressed, “Sobrang overwhelming ‘yung feeling, nakakataba ng puso, sobrang fulfilling, dream come true–lahat na po. Sobrang nagpapasalamat lang ako and I feel truly grateful.”
Verzosa bagged the Best Actress Award for her role in the 2021 thriller, ‘The Housemaid.’
Furthermore, she expressed gratitude to Tanduay for choosing her as their calendar girl for 2023. She exclaimed, “Sobra po, I’m so happy to be here. Sobrang is world-class, and I’m so honored to be with Tanduay.”
She considered 2022 a good year for her with all the projects and recognition she received.
She then revealed her upcoming projects and hopes of doing international productions in 2023.
The actress shared, “I want to do more international projects, do more projects here, marami pa po akong roles na hindi nagagampanan. May tinatapos pa po akong project, may movie pa po akong lalabas, may series pa po akong lalabas this year, I’m really–workaholic po ako, so gusto ko kayod lang ng kayod, work lang ng work. So I’m really looking forward next year.”
As for her movies in 2022, Verzosa starred in Ikaw Lang Ang Mahal and Sisid.
She began her showbiz career after winning “Binibining Pilipinas International” and “Miss International” in 2016.
