At the Dream Maker media conference on November 9, actress-host Kim Chiu declared her expertise in time management for handling multiple projects at the same time.
“Time management. Magaling ako diyan,” Chiu spoke candidly.
She continued, “Kapag gusto mo naman ‘yung ginagawa mo. Hindi naman siya mukhang nakakapagod. Basta alam mo lang balansehin sa sarili mo kung ano ‘yung priorities mo.”
The Filipina host shared that she writes her priorities for the day so that she will know what to do first.
“Nagagawa ko naman lahat. Personal. Work. Workout. Love life. Nasasama-sama naman silang lahat.” the actress-host declared.
Standing as the main host of ABS-CBN’s upcoming talent variety Dream Maker, Chiu has come a long way from being a Pinoy Big Brother alumna.
“First time ko po na ako lang. Ako lang mag-isa na nakatayo sa gitna. And I’m very grateful. I’m very honored.” she said.
Chiu is grateful for her home network for always trusting her with projects that make her a productivity expert.
“Sobrang nagpapasalamat lang ako, especially ngayon sa ABS. Sa mga projects na binibigay nila sa akin,”
She emphasized, “Pinapangako ko po sa kanila na hindi ko po sasayangin ‘yung opportunity na binigay niyo po. Hindi po ako mapapagod.”
Chiu is seen during the weekdays on It’s Showtime. Aside from being a Dream Maker host, she is also expected to return for a teleserye.
When asked what are the things that the fans can expect from Chiu as the main host of a Korean-Filipino talent search, “Syempre doon tayo lalaban sa outfitan,” she declared.
The actress-host said she will wear outfits aligned with Korean fashion while hosting. Fans can expect to see her donning different clothing every episode.
Dream Maker will focus on honing the talent of aspiring male pop idols, aged 13 to 22, who will be trained by a panel of Korean mentors and trainers, together with Filipino mentors.
Premiering on November 19 and 20, Dream Maker will air every Saturday and Sunday on ABS-CBN.
