Cristy Fermin admitted that AMBS’s ALLTV is still lacking when it comes to popularity and television viewers.
ALLTV made its soft launch on September 13, 2022, with Willie Revillame and Toni Gonzaga as hosts.
In Fermin’s YouTube show Showbiz Now Na! on November 8, she said that she had not heard from Willie Revillame for a while.
She said the TV host must have been busy with AMBS, which was still a half-cooked Network.
“Alam mo hindi rin kami nagkakausap. Matagal na panahon na kaming hindi nagkakausap. Siguro sobrang busy niya para AMBS, sa ALL TV… Pero ako din. Nagtatanong din sa sarili ko ano na kaya ang nangyayari sa kanya sa AMBS.
“At si Willie Revillame ang unang-unang tinatanong sa atin. Ang pinakaposte ng ALL TV ay si Willie.
“Magpakatotoo tayo, hilaw pa ang ALL TV,” she said.
Originally, Willie Revillame’s Wowowin aired on the GMA Network. The show aired its last episode on the Kapuso network on February 11, 2022, as Revillame’s contract with the network ended in the same month.
Wowowin then returned on TV via ALLTV on September 13. On September 26, the show stopped its online live streaming due to its low ratings on ALLTV to encourage the viewers to watch it on television.
Rumors then spread that Revillame showed no gratitude for the GMA network as he jumped ship with the Villar-owned company AMBS. Fermin then explained Revillame is indebted to the Villar family.
“Mayroon po kasing binibigyan ng pagpapahalaga si Willie Revillame sa pamilya Villar. Maraming pagkakataon po na siya naman ang sinuportahan ng pamilya Villar.
“Marami-raming mga taga ABS [CBN] and nandoon, kaya lang kulang pa rin. Kumbaga ‘yung poste, kulang pa,” she said.
Wowowin, airs as part of ALLTV’s primetime line-up from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
