Award-winning actor Christian Bables didn’t mince words in blasting netizens who continue to question his gender.
Seemingly pissed off with the continued prodding, the actor took to Twitter to lash out at netizens in a series of tweets on Friday, November 25.
Bables tweeted “Nakakatawang interesadong interesado kayong malaman kung ano ba ang ‘tunay na gender’ ko, na para bang parte yun ng bawat pag hinga at pag utot niyo. Ok to set the record straight, TOMBOY po ako. Kung hindi pa kayo maniwala, ewan ko nlng mga hinayupak kayo. Good night mga vuhkla.”

He also slammed a netizen who said that people aren’t questioning his gender expression but want to know who they can match him with based on his “confirmed” gender identity.
In his reply, the actor disagreed, saying it was twisted logic because people want to validate if the rumors that they believe in are true.
“Nope. THIS. IS. NOT. THE. CASE. Review. And see if tama ang sinasabi mo. See how twisted these people are. Do not sugar coat nor validate the Marites. Kaya dumadami eh. Gusto nila malaman kung bakla/tomboy or straight ang isang tao, dahil gusto nila makapang husga. Yun yon.”

Bables also reminded the netizens that it’s already 2023 and gender stereotyping should be a thing of the past.
“Kidding aside, mami naman! 2023 na! Sana mag evolve kasama ng panahon ang brains natin. What you’re doing, my friends, is GENDER STEREOTYPING. Ibig sabihin naka kahon parin kayo sa nakaugaliang standards ng kung ano “lang” dapat ang kilos at itsura ng lalaki at babae. Salot yan.”

He then concluded by declaring that it will be the last time that he will address the issue of his gender identity.
“This will be the LAST time na papatulan ko ang kamangmangan na ito. Let’s put it this way, WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET. Don’t ask for an explanation coz the world doesn’t revolve around you and your ego. Basta wag kakalimutang rumespeto. Piliing umunawa kesa sa makapanakit. Oki?”

“Imagine how excruciating it is for someone to be mocked and to be made a laughing stock, just because of their looks and their made up as a person na hindi pumasa sa standards at ego ng mga kagaya mong utak munggo. Itigil mo yan. Para bago ka mamatay, fresh ka gagu”
