Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano’s film, An Inconvenient Love–made a great start in ushering Star Cinema back to the moviehouses.
According to Star Cinema’s Kriz Gazmen via Twitter, the movie already reached more than 6 million box-office receipts as of Thursday, November 24.
He tweeted and thanked the moviegoers who took time to watch the film in the cinemas even amid the pandemic and inflation.

Aside from Gazmen, the film’s director, Petersen Vargas, also took to Twitter to convey his gratitude to those who supported their movie.

Twitter accounts @chakapusoph and @altstarmagic also shared the good news about the movie’s box-office returns, adding that the weekend is expected to boost its earnings even more.

An Inconvenient Love marks Star Cinema’s comeback to the big screens after more than two years.
Meanwhile, the film is also set to hit global cinemas, as it will be screened in 20 countries, including Guam, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Nigeria, and Cambodia.
