GMA Network’s new program Running Man Philippines continued to climb up the rating leaderboard, which reflected the show’s success.
In NUTAM’s latest People’s Rating on October 15 and 16–it had a double-digit rating.
The series had a 13.2% rating on October 15 and a 14.7% rating on October 16, respectively.
The show’s rival on A2Z and Kapamilya Channel Everybody Sing! only gained a 4.1 and 3.7 rating on the mentioned dates.
The Kapuso show has dominated the weekend rating leaderboard since it premiered on September 3.
Its pilot episode was also well-received as it earned a rating of 14.3%.
The September 10 episode also had the same rating of 14.3.
In its second week, the show had a rating that is 0.2 percent higher than its first week of 14.5%.
On September 25, the reality show had its highest rating since its premiere, with a 16.8% TV rating against Everybody Sing’s 4.4%.
Running Man Philippines is based on a Korean reality show with the same title. It stars some of the Kapuso Network’s finest young stars, including Kokoy de Santos, Angel Guardian, Lexi Gonzales, Buboy Villar, and Ruru Madrid. Glaiza de Castro and Mikael Daez are also part of the show.
Viewers can catch it on GMA Weekend Primetime every Saturday at 7:15 p.m. and Sunday at 7:50 p.m. on GMA-7. Viewers abroad can also watch it on GMA Pinoy TV.
