After being co-stars in The Lost Recipe (2021), Paul Salas and Mikee Quintos shared that the show paved the way for their relationship.
Despite Quintos having Kelvin Miranda as her main love team, Salas managed to build a connection with her.
Starting as friends, the couple revealed that through interacting in the show, their relationship blossomed into something more.
“Yung mga time na ‘yon hindi namin namamalayan na mas nagiging deep na pala ang connection namin,” said Salas.
Quintos also shared that during Onanay days, he was being encouraged by co-star Rochelle Pangilinan.
“Pero ayoko talaga kasi gusto ko maging single lang non,” Mikee underscored.
At the same time, Salas is already checking her out on Instagram, and found her pretty.
Now, if this is a K-drama, the second lead syndrome is no more because Salas and Quintos are happily dating in real life.
Now, the barkada turned into a real-life couple. She and Salas are set to star in the third installment of Mano Po Legacy: The Flower Sisters on October 31, on GMA Network.
