At the media conference for Eat Well, Live Well, Stay Well’s fourth season on October 7, Kapuso Chef Jose Sarasola highlighted their goal of giving their viewers new and budget-friendly recipes.
Sarasola cited that their Kapuso cooking show aired at the right time with its budget-friendly recipes, especially with the increasing costs of daily needs.
“The change in time is also very important in fixing our recipes to cater to everyone. You know, medyo mahal ‘yung ganitong putahe, medyo kailangan mas mura tayo and to make the dishes very still budget friendly pero syempre masarap pa rin na mag-eenjoy ‘yung buong family and of course, healthy pa rin as well.”
He then reiterated their show’s goal of introducing unique and affordable dishes that families could do in the comfort of their homes.
“Aside from being budget-friendly and healthier, it’s also something new that we can actually do at home. Like what Iya was saying nga na this specific na recipe na ‘to or ‘yung last namin was the last recipe for the season was really unique, was really something na kakaiba, na hindi mo iisipin na parang oo nga pala, pwede pala.Â
“So you want to give– of course, our Kapuso viewers something new, and something that they are going to do at home na they wouldn’t think na pwede pa lang gawin ‘to.”
He thanked GMA Network and Ajinomoto for the Season Four of Eat Well, Live Well, Stay Well.
“And ‘yun nga, it’s just good to be back for a fourth season. I really feel blessed that my Ajinomoto and GMA Network family have you know, put the trust in me to be here kahit the fourth season na ‘to and hopefully, more to come, and we can’t just wait to show the recipes for the new season. Sobrang kakaiba, sobrang sarap, and sobrang unique ng mga recipes, so kailangan abangan ng mga Kapuso ‘yun.”
Watch Iya Villania-Arellano and Chef Jose Sarasola introduce the new recipes from Ajinomoto in Eat Well, Live Well, Stay Well Season Four, starting October 14, at 11:05 am via GMA Network.
