On October 18, Viva actor Adrian Alandy hinted at the nicknames they made for the intimate positions in his latest movie with Denise Esteban.
At the media conference for Kara Krus, to which LionhearTV got invited, Alandy said it was his first time doing intimate scenes with multiple positions.
“With every director, siyempre iba-iba ‘yung take nila sa mga love scenes na shino-shoot nila. Ang medyo ano lang dito, I think remarkable and memorable is I think when me and Denise shot our love scenes parang first time ko ata gumawa ng ganong mga scenes na multiple positions. So ‘yun ‘yung aabangan nila. Kasi never ko pa nagawa ‘yung mga scenes na nagawa namin ni Denise sa mga movies na nagawa ko.”
He then confirmed that the cast made nicknames for each intimate position they filmed for Kara Krus.
“I think pinagtatawanan lang namin kasi for each position, may mga nick names na kami eh. Parang it’s a set joke lang ‘yun. Ang dami eh.”
He then assessed Esteban’s performance in the film, especially her portrayal of dual roles.
“I don’t think I’m in the position to rate anyone’s ano, eh.
“Wala pa ako sa position na I can rate someone because nakita ko naman na trinabaho ni Denise ‘yung role niya. And everytime na nagkakamali siya, hindi siya–kunyari, iko-correct ni Direk.
“Ang hirap noong dual role niya, so sometimes nami-mix niya ‘yung delivery noong isa, si Adela at si Lena, pero open siya palagi. She’s always ready to accept and adjust kung ano ‘yung sinasabi ni Direk.”
He then described Esteban as an eager learner and performer on the set of Kara Krus.
“And masaya siyang ka-trabaho, kasi parang eager to learn and to perform talaga. Magaling siya dito, kasi nakita ko, parang every scene magkasama kami dito.”
Kara Krus stars Alandy and Esteban with fellow Viva actor Felix Roco. The Vivamax film also has Joko Diaz, Ali Asistio, Andrew Muhlach, Garry Lim, Phoemela Baranda, Ali Khatibi, Billy Villeta, Raquel Monteza, Aurora Sevilla, Alona Navarro, Mickey Ferriols, Manu Respall, and Lhian Gimeno in the cast.
