New Kapuso singer Zephanie Dimaranan revealed her hopes of reaching the international stage at a media conference with the press, including LionhearTV, on September 12, 2022.
Dimaranan cited her interest in the possible opportunity of working in the international music scene.
“Of course po, if mabibigyan po ako ng opportunity na ma-reach ‘yung international stage, talaga pong iga-grab ko po ‘yun. And I’ll bring, siyempre po, our country sa ibang bansa.”
She then recounted her preparation and experience as a performer outside the Philippines.
“I think hindi po ito nawawala sa plans ng management ko po for me dahil last year rin po– last, last year po, if I’m not mistaken, I went to Abu Dhabi din po for training.
“And last year po, last year po ba ‘yun or this year, Expo po, so I think maco-consider ko po ‘yun po na talagang opportunities po na ma-reach ‘yung international stage. And ‘yun din po ‘yung isa sa mga pangarap ko na ma-share ko ‘yung music ko globally.”
As for having her concert event now that she’s under Sparkle, Zephanie hinted at the possibility of a music event by 2023.
“About po sa concert, the last time na my management, Cornerstone po and I talked about it po, talagang isa po ‘yan sa mga gino-goal namin po sana this year. Pero, nasa gitna man po tayo ng taon, wala naman pong impossible. Pero, sana po soon, maybe next year kapag po talagang sure na sure na safe na po para sa lahat.”
She also disclosed details regarding her upcoming music and album release.
“Sa album po, yes, we are working on that na po, new music po, maybe new style, and ngayon po naghahanap na po kami ng iba’t ibang mga songwriters para matulungan po kaming mabuo itong susunod kong album. So I’m really excited po na marelease po itong mga song na ‘to. Para maishare po sa inyong lahat.”
