On Monday, September 26, GMA Network’s most anticipated Korean drama adaptation, Start-Up PH, premiered with a bang after being warmly welcomed by netizens and televiewers.
Based on the rating report from Nielsen Philippines NUTAM People’s data, Start-Up PH‘ pilot episode scored a rating of 9.7%, beating its rival program 2 Good To Be True by 5.1% at 4.6%.
Aside from TV ratings, Start-Up PH also captured Twitter Philippines’ top trending topics.
The hashtag #SUPHWorldPremiere landed on the top spot of the nationwide Twitter trends.
Netizens were all praises for the good execution and cinematography of the Kapuso drama series.

Kapuso superstar Marian Rivera in an Instagram story on Monday posted Start-Up PH’s official poster with the caption congratulating Bea Alonzo, Alden Richards, and Jeric Gonzales.
Carla Abellana, Jasmine Curtis-Smith, Jo Berry and Shaira Diaz also greeted the casts for the show’s successful pilot episode.
Start-Up PH is the Filipino adaptation of the hit Korean series Start-Up, which features the story of a group of young and ambitious entrepreneurs who want to make a mark in the world of start-up tech companies.
