SB19 Ken highlighted how his mistakes when he was younger led to his success at the media conference for the WYAT Tour with the press, including LionhearTV, on September 13, 2022.

Ken said he would say ‘Good Job’ to his younger self for making the mistakes that led him to where he was now as an artist.

“Sa akin naman po, ‘Good Job.’ ‘Yun po ‘yung masasabi ko, kasi as a kid magkakamali talaga, and kahit pa growing up, magkakamali and habang lumalaki ng lumalaki mas lumalaki ‘yung pagkakamali mo.

“So ‘Good Job’ kasi hindi ka naman makakarating dito kung naging–kung hindi ka nagkamali. Naging part din naman ‘yun ng lesson na ano mo. Good Job kid, Good Job.”

He wanted to thank aspiring artists for being brave in their ventures into music.

“And ayun, proud na tinitingala ng mga aspiring ng mga artist din po ngayon ng mga bago nating mga teens na tinitingala rin kami ngayon. Thank you so much for being brave, alam naman natin na hindi mahirap ang ganitong path, kasi dahil maraming criticisms ang matatanggap ninyo ngayon.”

As for their upcoming tour, he expressed his excitement about experiencing winter in the United States.

“To be honest, masaya ako kasi this is going to be the first time na makakalabas kami, I mean makakapunta kami ng U.S., and I’m really excited na ma-experience ‘yung winter doon. So, happy po ako na maka-experience ako ng winter kahit ka-cold.”

He also felt ecstatic to see their fans during their international tour.

“Tsaka ma-meet ‘yung fans namin doon and makapag-perform doon ‘yun naman talaga ‘yung halos pangarap ng mga artist talaga, to perform internationally. I’m nervous but I’m confident naman na makakaya namin ‘to.”

As for their WYAT Tour, SB19 members Pablo, Justin, Ken, Josh, and Stell, would be performing for their fans globally. The Billboard Music Awards nominee kicks off their tour on September 17 at the Araneta Coliseum.

The tour schedule includes Araneta Coliseum (September 17), Waterfront Hotel and Casino, Cebu (October 1), SMX Clark (October 8), SMX Davao (October 15), Dubai World Trade Center (October 29), Palladium Times Square, New York (November 5), Avalon Hollywood, Los Angeles (November 12), and The Coliseum Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore (November 27).
