Mark Herras finally got his dream role via a new GMA Network afternoon drama-sci-fi series, Unica Hija.
On September 4, via an interview, Herras revealed the complex character he will be portraying.
“Sobrang ibang iba naman ‘yung role na talagang gusto kong gawin. I think it’s about time kasi hindi na tayo bumabata.
“Isa po ‘yan sa mga pangarap ko na role. Pero this time, ito ‘yung napunta sa ‘kin. It’s a good thing for me para iba naman,” he said.
Herras is excited about the reunion project with Katrina Halili, his batchmate, during the StarStruck Season 1.
Herras and Halili first worked together in the drama series titled Joyride. They were reunited in Langit Sa Piling Mo (2010), Sa Piling Ni Nanay (2016), and D’ Originals (2017).
“It was a very long time since no’ng last na nagkatrabaho kami at, siyempre, excited din akong makasama ang iba pang cast ng Unica Hija,” Herras stated.
In 2004, Herras was hailed as the first StarStruck Ultimate Male Survivor.
His latest TV project was the 2022 GMA legal drama series titled Artikulo 247.
