Senator Chiz Escudero on September 6, remained silent as his wife, Heart Evangelista, was seen battling her “personal struggles.”
To recall, Evangelista shared an update through her YouTube vlog dated September 2 that she is going through a rough patch.
“I’m not going to lie – I’ve been going through a lot of personal stuff in my mind. But you know, at the end of the day, I’m still very grateful, and as long as there’s life, there’s hope. I try to see the beautiful things in everything that I go through,” Evangelista shared.
“I’m not going to deny that I’ve been going through some personal struggles like I feel a lot of pressure in my life. And basically, now, I’m really in search of just being happy.”
Meanwhile, Escudero on his personal IG account has yet to address the issues with his wife. His latest post was on August 21, with a photo that has a caption saying, “Kindness is a language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.”

Netizens then commented on the post, expressing concern for the couple.
“Are you kind to Heart? Masungit ka lagi sa kanya,” a netizen wrote.
“Laban lng sa lahat ng bagay, padayon!” another commented.
“Ano yan senator chiz?” wondered a follower of his.
There was also a rumor that the couple had a misunderstanding after Evangelista stopped using her husband’s last name on her Instagram profile.
In the meantime, they have yet to address the issue and clarify to their fans what is happening in their relationship.
