Film and TV director McArthur ‘Mac’ Alejandre highlighted on September 2 the positive feedback from Viva for ‘Wag Mong Agawin ang Akin.
At the media conference for the last three weeks of ‘Wag Mong Agawin Ang Akin with the press, including LionhearTV, Alejandre revealed that Viva is happy with the viewership and fanbase of the Vivamax series.
“Ang comments na natatanggap ko is very few since pinalabas ‘to marami pa akong ibang ginawa, eh, nakalock-in ako, wala kaming signal etc. So hindi ganon karami, some of the comments I heard is that okay naman, happy ang Viva sa viewership, happy sila sa audience retention.
So ‘yung iba, self serving na comments eh, kaya ayaw kong ishare.”
Cast members Angeli Khang and Jamilla Obispo also shared feedback from fans regarding the teleserye quality of their digital series.
Obispo noted that people have personally messaged her to convey their support for ‘Wag Mong Agawin ang Akin.
“Super it’s like teleserye daw ‘yung kanilang feedback, ‘yung gawa ni Direk, is like teleserye siya. They like it po. Maganda naman ‘yung feedback.”
Khang recounted the comments from excited fans who wanted to see more of the show.
