Cloe Barreto and Marco Gomez discussed the castration scene in their movie during the media conference for #DoYouThinkIamSexy on September 7, 2022.
Barreto said she felt excited seeing the last pages of the script, which included a castration scene.
“‘Yung totoo po, noong pagkabasa ko po ng script, ano po, na-excite po ako ulit. Sabi ko, ‘Yes, ikaw ulit, lagot ka. Lagot ka sa akin.’ ‘Yun po tapos nag-eenjoy po kasi ako kapag nanakit.”
Gomez said he had flashbacks when he found out about the castration scene in their movie.
“Noong una, binasa ko ‘yung script, parang okay, okay, tapos ‘yung pinaka last part, ay naku po. Flashback, flash back nanaman. Sabi ko, ‘Wow, talagang may something kami Cloe, alam mo na kung anong mangyayari eh.'”
Barreto and Gomez worked on the Vivamax movie Silab in 2021.Â
Barreto then highlighted how much fun she had working with Gomez again.Â
“Sobrang saya ko po na nakatrabaho ko si Kuya Marko, And magaan, sobrang magaan po ‘yung ano– alam na namin ‘yung bawal or hindi pwedeng gawin kaya mas naging madali para sa aming dalawa.”
Gomez agreed with Barreto, noting how comfortable the two are since they’ve worked with each other before.
“Mas magaan kasi nakita namin lahat. Full details, parang ganon kami talaga, wala na test of friendship na ‘to.”
