The upcoming GMA Network shows Mano Po Legacy: The Flower Sisters thrilled Kapuso star Beauty Gonzalez on September 9 as she plays a villain role.
She explained after her launching as the newest endorser of Beautederm that the character gave a “fresh breath of air” from her past roles.
“Kasi I get to play around. You know, like ma-explore ko kung ano ang kaya ko pang gawin. Nami-miss ko na rin ang drama-drama talaga, ‘yung very caricature.
“So I’m really excited and iba-iba naman. Boring kasi if you just do one role all the time lang. ‘Yung isang role lang na nanay, or mabait. Eh maganda na I get to explore kung ano ang kaya ko pang gawin,” Gonzalez told the press, including LionhearTV at the Luxent Hotel in Quezon City.
She also teased that viewers must watch the showdown between her and co-star Aiko Melendez.
“Yeah, showdown tayo and it’s gonna be like hindi lang sampalan. Ibang-ibang away talaga, level-up. Basta, abangan niyo.”
The show is also headlined Kapuso stars Thea Tolentino and Angel Guardian.
Mano Po Legacy: The Flower Sisters is the third instalment of the highly successful Mano Po Legacy. It will be aired soon on GMA Network.
Before landing a titular role in the series, Gonzalez starred in GMA Network’s Stories from the Heart: Loving Miss Bridgette, I Can See You: AlterNate, and The Fake Life.
The actress is the newest face of Beautéderm’s subsidiary BeautéHaus, one of the leading dermatological centers in Angeles City Pampanga.
The clinic offers various services, including Beautédrip, Snow White Laser, CO2 Renew Laser, and Exilift, among others.
