AQ Prime CEO Atty Aldwin Alegre shared on September 8 that he plans to reveal what AQ Prime Stream has achieved since its launch.
Alegre was satisfied with what they have achieved since the streaming app was launched on August 8. He said they will be sharing with their supporters the milestones soon.
“So probably, in the next few hours, we will be announcing some milestones within that period, kung ano na ang nangyari, ilan na ang subscribers natin, and ano ang mga activities na nagawa,” he said during the press preview of the movie Pula ang Kulay ng Gabi.
He added, “Good news, dahil maganda po ang result so far within one-period na we went live.”
Meanwhile, the CEO stressed that AQ Prime will continue to focus on one of its goals—to help the local film and entertainment industry gain revenue amid the pandemic.
“So nandito po tayo, patuloy tayong gagawa ng mga quality films and mga movies na ikakatulong sa industry ng bansa, ng Pilipinas.”
AQ Prime will also be venturing into music with AQ Prime Music being launched sometime this year.
“Probably within the year we might be launching AQ Prime Music. We will venture into that specific segment or sector.”
This is all meant to help the industry and all of the artists find work, said Alegre.
They will also continue to hone their homegrown talents, developing, and managing them.
Meanwhile, AQ Prime hopes to have its second app, the Director’s Cut go live this month of September. The streaming platform will contain all “contents on mature films, sexy, LGBT films, etc.”
