The Voice Kids 2014 grand champion Lyca Gairanod will appear on the Kapuso Network for the first time.
On July 19, The Boobay and Tekla Show posted a teaser featuring Gairanod as their guest.
“Kung sakali bibigyan ka ng chance na magkaroon ng teleserye dito sa GMA, okay ba sa iyo?” Boobay asked.
“Why not?” Gairanod answered.
In the same teaser, Gairanod was up for an acting challenge with the Kapuso comedian Tekla, wherein the former slapped the latter.
‘Nanggigigil din ako sa’yo. Alam mo ang tagal ko na sa GMA, ngayon lang ako [nasampal],” Tekla said.
It was not disclosed if Gairanod’s guesting for the Kapuso show would mean her network transfer.
On July 24, The Boobay and Tekla Show episode where Gairanod will be a guest would be aired at 10:30 pm after Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho.
In 2014, Gairanod became the grand champion of The Voice Kids Philippines.
In 2022, she appeared on TV5’s Masked Singer Pilipinas and Lakwatsika.
