The SarahG Countdown tweets are the Popster’s way to welcome Sarah G’s ASAP comeback after taking several years of break from Kapamilya’s longest-running variety noontime show.
Before this, Sarah was rumored to be switching networks since she hadn’t been seen on ASAP for quite some time.
Some Kapuso fans even made an art card containing a half-covered photo which can be easily identified as Sarah G, together with the text “The Biggest Artist in the 21st Century will be a Kapuso.”
The rumors coincided with the news about The Voice Kids transfer to GMA Network.
Sarah G is one of the main coach-judges of the reality singing competition.
However, the rumor was confirmed false after one of the executives handling Geronimo’s career denied that she’s leaving the Kapamilya network.
Meanwhile, ASAP’s official Facebook page has also posted a teaser on the much-awaited comeback of the Popstar Princess.
