Netizens are beginning to ship Kapamilya artists Sean Tristan and Raven Rigor, who both star in the coming-of-age Web series, Beach Bros.
The series follows a group of teenagers in Baler, as they navigate the challenges and excitement of growing up, young love, and reaching their dreams.
Tristan and Rigor play the roles of Jeremy and Pete, respectively, in the series. Rigor was previously seen on the primetime series, Huwag kang Mangamba (2021), which starred Andrea Brillantes and Francine Diaz. Tristan, meanwhile, first rose to popularity via making videos on the video sharing and social media app, TikTok.
Jeremy is an easygoing guy who loves to vlog and take photos, while Pete is an unassuming young man who secretly harbors affection toward Jeremy. Their moments in the series elicited ‘kilig’ and excitement among audiences, who all expressed their delight over seeing yet another charming, potential boys ‘love tandem. Beach Bros is notably not a BL series, but the presence of Tristan and Rigor’s character seems to give the web series a much-needed hook.
