Kapuso talent Lexi Gonzales on Friday, June 24, could not contain her excitement that she had the chance to work with South Korean artists for the upcoming Kapuso reality game show Running Man Philippines.
In the virtual media conference for Running Man PH, Gonzales was very enthusiastic that they would be flying to South Korea to shoot all of its episodes.
The show, a collaboration between GMA Network and Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS), is the local version of the popular South Korean show Running Man.
The partnership also allowed Gonzales, her cast members Glaiza de Castro, Ruru Madrid, Kokoy De Santos, Angel Guardian, Buboy Villar, and Mikael Daez, to work alongside the team behind the original game show. It also means they might get an opportunity to do an episode with some South Korean artists.
“Sana po may ma-meet talaga kami,” the artist hoped.
Gonzales added, “Pero as of now, wala kaming ka idi-idea what’s gonna happen. So lahat kami excited, ang dami naming naiisip na kung anu-ano, nago-overthink kami basically. Pero excited kaming lahat and as of now, ang saya din no’ng bonding.”
The Kapuso talent was also looking forward to go around the country, as she said, “So looking forward din kami talaga na makapaglibot, lalo na ako, hahaha! Gusto ko talagang maglibot sa Korea.”
GMA Network, in the meantime, has yet to announce the show’s release date.
