GMA Telebabad programs 24 Oras, Lolong, and Bolera continues to dominate the primetime schedule in free TV despite FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano’s improvement in ratings.
From July 4 to July 8, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano recorded an upward trend in ratings. But, despite its continuously improving ratings, GMA Telebabad still hinders it from climbing up to the fourth spot on the chart.
On July 4, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano earned 11.6%, which increased to 12.0% the following day. On Wednesday, it dropped to an 11.8% rating but eventually recovered on July 7 and July 8, where it earned 12.9% and 13.1%, respectively.
On July 8, when FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano rating peaked, Bolera established a 2.2% lead against it and settled in the #3 spot. 24 Oras and Lolong sit in the 1st and 2nd spots with 17.8% and 16.2%, respectively.
As FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano tries to return to Top 3, 24 Oras, Lolong, and Bolera manage to remain on top.
On July 11, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano again improved its rating to 13.2%, but Bolera still secured the #3 spot with 14.2%. 24 Oras earned 18.0%, while Lolong earned 16.1%.
The following day, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano had 13.9%, finally returned to the Top 3 as it beats Bolera on Wednesday, Bolera reclaimed its spot.
On July 14, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano again entered the Top 3 with a 13.0%, only 0.2% ahead of Bolera.
The week [still] ended with all GMA Telebabad programs in the Top 3 and FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano in the #4 spot.
With GMA Network’s wider reach compared to ABS-CBN, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano struggles to climb up the rating chart and sustain its position amid its increasing ratings.
