From July 18 to 21, GMA Network’s Bolera secured the #3 spot on the AGB Nielsen rating chart, pushing FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano down to the fourth spot.
On July 18, Bolera earned a 14.5% rating while FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano earned 11.9%.
On July 19, Bolera’s gap against FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano minimized to 1.6% as they earned 15.9% and 14.3%, respectively. In terms of YouTube views, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano garnered an average of 1.3 million views while Bolera settled with 88k views.
The following day, their gap decreased further to 0.4% as Bolera earned 12.7% and FPJ’s Probinsyano earned 12.3%. Bolera recorded 58k views that day, while FPJ’s Probinsyano maintained online dominance with 1.6 million views.
On Thursday, the gap widened to 1.6%—Bolera earned 13.5%, while FPJ’s Probinsyano scored 11.9%. FPJ’s Probinsyano online views averaged to 1.4 million while Bolera earned 40k views.
The 24 Oras-Lolong-Bolera line up of GMA Telebabad was considered the best primetime line up of the network amid the pandemic. These three programs give FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano a hard time in penetrating the Top 3.
Meanwhile, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano recently announced that it would end its almost seven years of airing soon.
