On June 22, Content creator Toni Fowler revealed why she walked from the grand coronation night of Man of the World in Baguio City on June 18.
Through her YouTube vlog, the content creator narrated her experience wherein the event organizers claimed they wanted her to be a judge for the pageant, only to find out she was only a VIP guest.
“Bakit ba ako nag-walk out? Masama ‘yung loob ko ngayon kasi the reason why andito ako is nag-judge ako ng Man of The World.
She then cited the effort she put into attending the event as a judge, including her free-of-charge appearance for the event.
“Medyo busy kasi akong tao. Ito kasi ‘yung mahirap eh. Charity work ‘to, hindi ako bayad.
She also emphasized that the experience was ‘too much’ while noting her preparations for the event.
“This is too much. Nag-dress ako for this, nagpatahi ako for this, nandito ako para mag-judge at maging part ng coronation ng Man of The World dahil ako po yung kinulit, ate ko po yung kinulit.”
Fowler went on to enjoy her time in Baguio City instead of continuing with the coronation night.
According to reports, the event organizers personally tried to apologize to Fowler, but the online personality had already left.
