Comedienne Rufa Mae Quinto jokingly shared her platforms if ever she would enter politics and run for senator.
On June 5, Toni Gonzaga interviewed Rufa Mae for her Toni Talks YouTube channel. The two talked about Rufa Mae’s showbiz career and life.
At one point in the interview, Quinto joked that she plans to enter politics.
“Pero alam mo ‘yon, kung talagang walang-wala nang maaasahan kasi parang paubos na ang sino ba talaga ang okay.
“Kung walang-wala nang tatakbo at maaasahan, siyempre naman, mahal ko rin naman ang tao,” said Rufa Mae.
The comedienne explained that she wanted to run for senate saying, “Sa Senate nga eh. Todo na ‘to!”
Gonzaga then asked for the laws that Quinto plans to pass if ever she would have a senate position.
She then joked that she would make a law about giving out free milk to the people.
“Anong batas… pupunta ba sa Batasan? Magkakaroon ako ng batas na Gatasan, haha. Lahat ng gatas ipamimigay ko. Free milk for everyone! More, more, buko juice and honey, joke!” she said.
Quinto is currently busy with her guesting stints all around the country. She previously backed the UniTeam grand rally held in Zamboanga in March.
