On June 6, comedienne Rufa Mae Quinto admitted she missed the Philippines, Showbiz, and GMA Network with her return to the Kapuso Network at the media conference for her upcoming sitcom, Tols.
‘Yun talaga ‘yung unang-una at GMA7.”
She also confessed that she felt homesick for her home country and that her family also missed the Philippines.
Lagi akong malungkot.”
She then expressed her intention of focusing on her career alongside being a wife and a mother while listing the opportunities she received from the Kapuso Network.
Parang sabi ko there’s more.
She also recalled how she received the opportunity for her upcoming GTV sitcom and how it was like working with her young co-stars.
Quinto stars in the upcoming GTV sitcom Tols alongside Kelvin Miranda, Shaun Salvador, Abdul Rahman, Betong Sumaya, Arkin Del Rosario, Raymond Mabute, and Olivia Bihag.
The family sitcom, under the collaboration of GMA Network and Merlion Events Production Inc. and the direction of Monti Parungao, premieres on June 25 at 7 p.m. on GTV.
