The Bolera episode on Monday, June 6, had netizens applauding 2016 Cannes Best Actress Jaclyn Jose acting.
The particular scene was when Jose Maria “Joma” Fajardo (Al Tantay) lost his life after being stabbed by Cobrador (Gardo Versoza) during a scuffle. Tessa (Jose’s character), when she saw her husband’s lifeless body, flailed her arms and cried endlessly.
Netizens found it relatable and thought it was accurate.
