On June 6, Kapuso heartthrob Kelvin Miranda addressed why he didn’t court fellow GMA artist, Mikee Quintos.
During the media conference for Tols, Miranda noted that he and Quintos are happy with their respective personal lives.
“Masaya po kami ni Mikee. Si Direk po ang tanungin niyo po.”
He clarified that he’s currently single and too busy with his flourishing career.
Miranda and Quintos starred in the GTV series The Lost Recipe, and many hoped a romance would grow between them.
However, Paul Salas revealed that he’s dating Quintos on the talk show ‘Mars Pa More.’ After that, Salas and Quintos took to Instagram to cement their romantic ties on May 9.
As for Kelvin Miranda, he stars in the upcoming GTV sitcom Tols alongside Rufa Mae Quinto, Shaun Salvador, Abdul Rahman, Betong Sumaya, Arkin Del Rosario, Raymond Mabute, and Olivia Bihag.
Miranda admitted that he found doing comedy more challenging than drama.
So mahirap siya for me kasi hindi naman talaga ako komedyante, pero willing to learn.”
The sitcom, co-produced by GMA and Merlion Events Production Inc. and directed by Monti Parungao, premieres on June 25, Saturday at 7 p.m. on GTV.
