After the separation between Moira Dela Torre and Jason Hernandez, Lara Quigaman expressed grief over the comment hoping her marriage to her husband, Marco Alcaraz, to go wrong!
On June 7, Quigaman shared her sentiments over those wishing her marriage to Alcaraz failed.
“’Hintay lang kayo, next year, hiwalay na din kayo.’ -came across this comment in one of my previous post in facebook where I shared some ‘asawa tips’,” Quigaman started her caption.
“Recently, ang daming balita ng hiwalayan, away, etc. Nakakalungkot, pero mas nakakalungkot na maraming tao are making memes and jokes out of it and what’s worse, others pa are waiting for other relationships to fail!”
Quigaman said she was saddened by those who wished ill for her and her husband’s relationship.
“Marriage is not easy. Marco and I have been married for almost 12 years- but we always pray and ask God to cover our relationship. We pray that we will never be complacent and think we are alright when we are not. We are not perfect, and we know that there will be temptations and challenges all the time, and we can only rely on God’s grace to keep us from falling and falling…”

Quigaman admitted that marriage life is not easy, saying that their 12 years together as a married couple were full of temptations and challenges.
In 2010, Quigaman and Alcaraz had a private civil rite with a spiritual blessing in Canada.
In 2012, both tied the knot on Hacienda Isabella in Indang, Cavite.
