In an episode of It’s Showtime’s Sexy Babe on Wednesday, May 11, TV host and comedian Vice Ganda turned a joke into words of assurance.
Vice, together with co-hosts Vhong Navarro and Ogie Alcasid were conversing the opposite of the Tagalog word “losyang.”
The comedian replied “hindi ko na alam.”
“Ang dami ko na rin kasing iniisip kung idadagdag ko pa iyan,” he said.
Navarro and Alcasid pressed Vice but he insisted he doesn’t know the answer.
Meanwhile, their contestant was about to dance Doja Cat’s Woman, which Vice jest that he wanted to be named Doba instead of Doja.
Alcasid seemed baffled by the comedian’s answer as he said, “Ikaw pa?! Ang dami mong alam eh!”
Vice then explained that there are things that are better left unknown.
Ayoko nang malaman,” continued the comedian.
Vice admitted he hated not knowing the answers but as a human being, it is normal.
Bakit?! Paano nangyari?! So hindi ko na rin alam,” he explained.
“I’ll just leave it to God ‘di ba. Lord hindi ko alam, I live into You. I’ll just keep doing what I’m doing.
Vice pointed out that there might be a reason as to why things happen, that maybe there is a divine being at work.
In the meantime, the comedian is one of the avid supporters of outgoing Vice President Leni Robredo who was gunning to be the next Philippine President. However, based on the partial and unofficial result, her opponent, former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr might be Pres. Rodrigo Duterte’s successor.
Over 30 million voted for the young Marcos compared to Robredo’s 14 million.
Sen. Kiko Pangilinan also faces defeat as Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio is leading in the vice presidential race.
