Letterboxd clarified that Rufa Mae Quinto is not included in the 2023 Barbie movie via a tweet on Thursday, April 28.
“Correction: Rufa Mae Quinto is not in the cast of Barbie. This has now been fixed. Our data is crowd-sourced via TMDb — occasionally there will be a few hiccups. Apologies for any confusion,” it said.

The social networking service for film enthusiasts noticed that Quinto’s name was included in the film’s cast list in their Wednesday, April 27 post. Many netizens expected that Quinto would be seen in a foreign film.
A netizen claimed that he was the one who entered Quinto’s name into the page.

Quinto’s name was now removed from the cast list of the film.
Barbie is set to premiere in US theaters in July 2023. It stars Margot Robbie as the titular lead while Ryan Gosling will play Ken, her love interest. It is directed by Greta Gerwig.
