Rayver Cruz professed his love to Julie Anne San Jose as the latter celebrated her 28th birthday on May 17, 2022.
Rayver and Julie have been romantically linked to each other, but the two are not a couple yet.
In an Instagram post by Sparkle GMA Artist Center, Rayver expressed his love for Julie and said that he is willing to wait for the actress.
