On May 20, actor Felix Roco revealed he always felt nervous when filming daring or sexy scenes.
During the media conference for Secrets, Roco said he would always talk to his twin brother Dominic Roco before he filmed a ‘sexy’ scene.
“Parating kinakabahan siyempre! Ako, kausap ko kapatid ko, parang ikaw ba gagawin mo ‘to? Pinaguusapan na namin between sa aming dalawa. Pero, at the end of the day, ako rin naman masusunod.”
He also cited his family as his motivation for acting.Â
“Inspiration ko lang siguro ‘yung family ko talaga, ‘yun lang talaga.”
He also clarified that he doesn’t see his body of work in films as a competition.Â
“Ako hindi–kasi I don’t want to see all the movies as a competition, eh. I see it as work.”Â
As for his thoughts in the plot of Secrets, directed by Jose Javier Reyes, Roco stated that it wasn’t worth it to cheat on his partner.Â
“Worth it? No!
“It depends siguro sa tao eh, it depends on how long you have stayed with that person. Wala namang hindi nadadaan sa usap eh. So kung important naman ‘yung partner mo, ba’t di mo kausapin to change things a bit di ba?”
Secrets stars Viva artists Denise Esteban, Janelle Tee, Felix Roco, and Benz Sangalang. The film, directed by Jose Javier Reyes, premieres worldwide via Vivamax on June 10.
