Andrea Brillantes expressed her dismay over the partial and unofficial results of the 2022 presidential elections on May 9.
The young actress is a first-time voter as she shared a photo of herself with indelible ink on her finger.

On the night of May 9, Brillantes expressed her worries on twitter.
Accordingly, she is referring to the partial results of the elections with Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr. leading as president-candidate.

In a now-deleted tweet, she then expressed her frustrations as she noted how the people never learned from the past.
“Minsan mapapa wtf ka nalang talaga.
“Wala na akong pake sa respect my decision eme na yan! Sorry pero nakaka disappoint kayo! Hindi na tayo natuto!” the young star said.
In a later tweet, Andrea seemed to have calmed down saying, “Papa kalma muna ako good bye.”

Brillantes is a vocal supporter of VP Leni Robredo.
Bongbong Marcos garnered over 30 million votes or 58.9 percent of the total vote cast, while VP Leni Robredo garnered over 14 million votes or 28.1 percent of the total votes nationwide.
