Thai actress Tu Tontawan described her portrayal of Gorya as a roller-coaster during the global media conference for F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flower on March 27.
Tontawan recalled the challenges she faced while portraying the role, especially with the background of her character Gorya.
“For me, the most challenging part is Gorya’s life is like a roller-coaster. She faces many obstacles and many problems, which is very different from my real life. She has to be working and take care of her brothers and her family. So that is the most challenging part because I have to say what Gorya say, think how she thinks.
“Gorya has many shade in her life. Like in love shade, and funny shade, so that’s really fun portraying her.”
She then defined her character as a caring and strong person.
“Gorya is very strong, and she’s got a positive view of the world. She’s caring and cares for everyone, like her friends and her family. A bit like similar to me.”
Tu felt honored working with the cast of the F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flower.
“It’s really an honor to work with the cast. Like with Bright, his very experienced, we all know.
“It was a bit patient at first, but [while] we were working for these two years, we feel closer to each other. We’re like brothers and sisters.”
She then shared details about her upcoming series with Pawat Chittsawangdee after F4 Thailand.
“My next series is called 10 Years Ticket. I’m playing with Ohm Pawat. It’s kind of very drama and tragedy.”
