Talent manager-host-comedian Ogie Diaz and other social media personalities cannot hide their outrage against CamSur Rep. LRay Villafuerte over his leaked audio recording.
In his tweet, Diaz characterized Villafuerte as a politician who got accustomed to dirty politics and would not believe that someone is capable of winning through an honest and clean election.

After the leak of the alleged audio recording of CamSur’s 2nd District Rep. LRay Villafuerte, he is currently at the center of controversy.
In the audio clip, Villafuerte’s voice got recorded plotting a demolition campaign against Vice President Leni Robredo and her allies in Camarines Sur.
Villafuerte was ordering the girl on the other line to manufacture fake news against VP Leni, Cam Sur Rep. Gabriel Bordado, another CamSur Rep and gubernatorial candidate Nonoy Andaya and other allies in the Bicol region.

The audio clip was leaked on Reddit and quickly went viral on twitter.
ABS-CBN executive Rox Santos meanwhile also took to twitter to share his disgust over Villafuerte’s alleged plot against VP Leni and her allies.

Villafuerte meanwhile denied the allegations.
In a facebook post, the CamSur Congressman said the alleged audio recording is deep fake audio or an AI technology created by his opponents to discredit him.
He even shared a YouTube link on how a digital voice is created.
“Meron kinakalat ang aming mga kalaban na DEEP Fake audio recording na ako daw nasa recording. Mag google Lang po kayo at mag search sa YouTube nanduon kung paano I fake o gayahin ang boses mo exacto”
He also offered rewards to those who can help him identify the sources of leaked audio clips.
“I’m offering php 2,000,000 kung sino ang makakabigay ng ebidensya kung sino ang mga nag papatakbo ng Ratsada Rinconada Bicol at aram ko na FB account at sa mga iba pang fake news account . Hinde Lang cash reward , 100% protection at marami pa.
“Meron din ako offer php5,000,000 kung sino makapagsabi saan saling itong deep fake recording kinakalat ngayon against me.”
