There’s a whole new excitement as “Pinoys” in the Chicago area and in neighboring places gear up for the ultimate show. As the entertainment scene reopens, 1Radio – Chicago’s number one pinoy music station is staging one of the most talked about concerts.
Asia’s Soul Siren NINA together with renowned Filipino artist Luke Mejares will perform in Chicago for the Love Moves US Tour 2022 on May 7, 2022 at the Double Tree Hotel in Skokie. A proven hitmaker for both OPM (Original Pinoy Music) and cover songs, Nina will take on the stage together with the 1Radio Sessions Band and other local artists.
This concert is the official launching of the 1Radio Sessions Band to the world which is composed of vocalists Naddie, Hillford and Steve, along with the men behind its rhythm section – Miggy, Caloy, Anthony Lloyd and June. Powerhouse front acts will also grace the event featuring Chicago sensation Mr. Alan Calica, the budding songstress Ms. Bella Fadullon and no less than Tawag ng Tanghalan Global USA Champion Ms. Jing Wenghofer.
The concert’s lineup of songs are those that have been etched in the hearts of Filipinos worldwide such as Through The Fire, Love Moves in Mysterious Ways and Nina’s originals – Someday and Jealous to name a few. The show hopes to highlight not just the invited artists but also the return of satisfying shows in the region to inspire and promote our culture to the Filipino-American communities.
Produced entirely and solely by 1Radio, this concert is by far the biggest show undertaken by the company.
