Marcos Jr. supporters recently bashed VP Leni after she greeted Kim Chui on her birthday using the English idiom “in a good place.”
“Kim, Happy, Happy Birthday. Magkasunod pala birthday natin. But I want to wish you a very happy birthday. Ah, I know you’re in a good place now, follower mo ako sa YouTube channel mo,” pahayag ni VP Leni.”
Marcos Jr. and DDS propagandists tried to put VP Leni in a bad light, saying “in a good place” means the person has died and is now in heaven.
But netizens, especially English professors, quickly defended Robredo, saying she used the right idiom, which means a better state of mind or a good disposition.
Meanwhile, the multimedia star also reaffirmed her full support for the candidacy of Vice President Leni Robredo.
In a tweet on Monday, April 25, Nadine shared her latest campaign ad for VP Leni, telling people why she’s betting on Robredo to be the country’s next president.
“Lahat naman tayo gusto ng tahimik na buhay ‘di ba? Tataya ako sa best person who can give us that. Si Leni Robredo #PresNadine4PresLeni”
