In a tweet on Wednesday, April 20, disc jockey Mo Twister chided Bongbong Marcos for not attending presidential debates.
He said that Marcos might not be attending presidential debates because he’s never been to a job interview.
“Bong Bong Marcos doesn’t want to go to debates because he’s never been to a job interview. He’s never been an employee. Never been an employer,” Mo Twister said.
He added, “Never been accountable. Never had to answer to anyone but his dictator father. So why would he go to a job interview for our country?”

Mo Twister previously retweeted a video clip that showed Marcos being asked by a reporter if he can be a “good president” if he can’t attend debates.
Mo Twister captioned, “At least he didn’t lie. He could have told the truth and said, “I can’t be trusted” but he didn’t. He evaded the question. At least he didn’t lie.”

The SMNI presidential debate on February 15 was the only presidential debate attended by Marcos along with Ka Leody de Guzman. Vice President Leni Robredo, Sen. Ping Lacson, Sen. Manny Pacquiao and Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno failed to attend the said debate.
He chose to be absent in presidential debates. Marcos explained that he had only attended a debate organized by COMELEC before and noted that the questions asked were just repetitive.
“Ang dami-daming debate. Dati isa lang, Comelec. So ‘yon ang pupuntahan naming lahat. But if there’s so many debates, pare-pareho na ‘yong tanong, we are not getting anywhere anymore. And if it is going to be that way na pare-pareho na lang and then wala, the debate gets personal. What use is that to anyone?” Marcos explained.
Mo Twister or Mohan Gumatay is a known critic of the Duterte administration and presidential aspirant Bongbong Marcos. His outspokenness constantly makes him a target of trolls and supporters of the former senator.
