Kapamilya star Donny Pangilinan’s on-screen partner Belle Mariano joined him for house-to-house campaigns for presidential aspirant Leni Robredo and running-mate Sen. Kiko Pangilinan, Wednesday, April 13.
The love team was seen in Baguio trying to persuade more people to vote for Robredo and Pangilinan.
They were spotted earlier doing campaign tours in Dumaguete, too.
Netizens commended the pair for “taking risks” and becoming better role models for the youth.

Mariano also received praises from netizens after she expressed her support for the Leni-Kiko tandem.

Some even unearthed an old tweet of the actress back in 2012.
She expressed grief upon hearing that Jesse Robredo, the incumbent Vice President’s husband, had passed away.
“RIP Sec. Robredo. Sad to know that good politicians die first!” tweeted the 10-year-old Mariano.

The actress also played a young Leni for an episode of the Kapamilya anthology series Maalaala Mo Kaya.
Earlier, it was Jake Ejercito, who visited houses in Tondo wearing a Leni-Kiko shirt.
DonBelle now joins celebrities like Angel Locsin and husband Neil Arce, Agot Isidro, Mylene Dizon, Rica and Paula Peralejo, Sam Concepcion, and Zion Aguirre in doing house-to-house tours for Robredo and Pangilinan.
