Kapamilya actor JC de Vera cleared a social media post that showed him being part of a UniTeam rally in Samar.
On twitter, JC clarified his participation in the event is just for the Ang Probinsyano partylist.
Twitter handle @altABSCBN was the first to tweet the poster showing JC De Vera’s participation in a Grand Rally in Catbalogan, Samar on April 8.
UniTeam is also set to have its grand rally in Catbalogan on the same day.

Social media personality Pinoy Ako Blog also shared the post of Samar Governor Michael Tan saying JC will be in Catbalogan on April 8.
In response, JC tweeted “Only here for Ang Probinsyani partylist.”

JC trended online in February after disappointing BBM supporters who assumed that he is one of them.
BBM supporters initially assumed that JC supports the candidacy of Marcos Jr when he posted a picture of him flashing a peace sign during an episode of It’s Showtime.
The V or peace sign is associated with Marcos Jr as he usually uses it during campaign sorties.
But JC quickly extinguished the excitement of BBM supporters when he denied their claims.
In the comment section, JC replied with a resounding “nope” to BBM supporters who thought he was with them in supporting BBM.

On the following day, JC shared a picture of VP Leni on his facebook story with the caption: “She’s my PRESIDENT” and the sticker “LET LENI LEAD.”
He also shared photos from the PasigLaban People’s rally on Emerald Ave. with the caption “Beauty (pink flower and pink heart emojis).
