Veteran actress Elizabeth Oropesa stands firm on her previous claim that performers joining the Pink campaign there for a fee.
In her recent facebook video uploaded on March 30, Oropesa said that her stance remains the same as her previous statement that Kakampink artists are being paid to join the campaign.
“Hindi ko naman binabawi yung sinabi ko. And there nothing wrong with it. I’m actually truly very happy for those actors na mga nagkakaron ng trabaho lalo na yung mga gumagawa ng video kasi may talent fee talaga yan. Nothing wrong with it.
Oropesa went viral on social media after daring to cut her feet off if anyone can prove that Uniteam performers are paid saying she’s certain that the Kakampink artists are the ones being paid to join campaign sorties.
However, True Faith frontman Medwin Marfil admitted that their band was contacted several times and offered a hefty sum to perform in UniTeam rallies.
Not believable.
Kahit na nag-declare na kami na #KakamPink ang #Truefaith we’re still being offered to play sa for Baby M.
When we were in Borongan, our manager got a call asking if we’d play for Unitik-tik. Pang 4 na ata na offer yun. We refused, of course.
May bayad powh. https://t.co/ISowVGl03i

Comedian Eric Nicolas has also admitted in a now-deleted facebook post that he was paid to perform in the UniTeam campaign rallies.
Meanwhile, in the same video, Oro also took a potshot on Ogie Diaz saying he shouldn’t dare to cut something which he has none.
“Yung iba naman dyan wala naman ipapaputol, ano ba yung sinasabi nyang ipapaputol nya?”
Ogie was one of those who slammed Oro over her previous statement saying she’s ready to cut her feet if the Kakampink artists are not paid to perform in campaign rallies.
