In a now-deleted Instagram post, Pops Fernandez shared a photo of herself who had just woken up.
“Kumusta ang gising nyo? Ako ito… pa cute lang hehehe. Good morning. Have a blessed day,” she wrote in her caption.
Donita Rose then commented that Fernandez looked like the famous Madam Auring.
“Madam Auring,” Rose said along with laughing emojis.
Fernandez and Rose are known to be close friends. Netizens claimed that there was no tension between the two and are simply joking around.
Rose is even an active liker and commenter on Fernandez’s Instagram posts.
However, some netizens claimed that Rose’s comment was offensive even among close friends.
