On April 7, Director Darryl Yap blamed politics for the warning on his Facebook page, VinCentiments.
Netizens were shocked to see a warning on his VinCentiments Facebook page.
“This Page has shared posts that violate our Community Standards. Review posts on this page before liking it.”
According to his statement with PEP.ph’s Cabinet Files, Yap believed politics to be the cause of the FB community standard warning on VinCentiments’ page.
He then explained that the official cause for the warning on his Facebook page was because of nudity.
He also refuted claims that the page of the independent theater group SaWakas received a FB community standard warning because of fake news.
Being a Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos supporter, he also took a jab against opposing candidates in his statement.
He then expressed his message to people spreading claims about his page getting a warning because of fake news.
Earlier, the director received a warning from PRC Butuan through Diana Demmel about peddling Fake News.
