In a tweet on Wednesday, March 30, vice presidential candidate, Walden Bello said he’s tempted to slap Bongbong Marcos just like what Will Smith did to Chris Rock.
Smith slapped Rock on stage during the Academy Awards on Monday, March 28, after the latter joked about the hair loss of Smith’s wife. It created controversy worldwide.
“What Will Smith did to Chris Rock I would be tempted to do to Marcos Junior and his fat cheek,” Bello tweeted.
What Will Smith did to Chris Rock I would be tempted to do to Marcos Junior and his fat cheek. The difference between Will and me is I have greater self control, though I must confess that I would not know what I'd do if Marcos Junior were truly within slapping distance.

Bello mentioned that he could do other things to Marcos if within reach.
“The difference between Will and me is I have greater self-control, though I must confess that I would not know what I’d do if Marcos Junior were truly within slapping distance,” Bello added.
Bello previously took a swipe against Marcos and his running mate Sara Duterte, by singing Frank Sinatra’s Where Are You?
Both Marcos Jr. and Duterte skipped the Commission on Elections debates on Saturday, March 26 and Sunday, March 27, respectively.
He also mentioned about Marcos Jr.’s P203 billion tax liability through the song.
Davao City’s legislature on Tuesday, March 22, declared Bello as a persona non grata in the city. This happened after he criticized Duterte, the Davao City Mayor, and her governance in the city.
