One of the accused in the Christine Dacera case, Valentine Rosales, made noise on social media when he shared a story about a Marcos supporter, Monday, March 14.
On his post, Rosales was at a 7-Eleven branch when a man who supports presidential aspirant Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr had him pay for his drinks.
“Namili ako ng chips and korean noodles kanina sa 7/11 around 1pm, Tapos may pumasok na lalaki madaling madali kumuha ng drinks sa Vending Machine.
“Sama pa ng tingin sakin porket Leni yung hawak-hawak kong baso, then pagka-kuha niya ng milktea na drink bigla siya umalis, tapos nung patapos na ko kumuha ng drink, nilapitan ako ni Kuya Cashier sabi niya ‘Sir kasama niyo po ba yung lalaking lumabas?’
“Sabi ko ‘sino po? Mag isa lang po ako dito.’ Sabi niya kumuha daw kasi ng drinks tapos di nag bayad. Sabi ko yun ba yung pandak na naka black tapos medjo panot,” he narrated.
Rosales then shared that the cashier was certain that the man was similar to his idol—a thief.
“Natawa si Kuya sabi niya magnanakaw talaga tas natawa din tuloy ako at sinabi ko hayaan mo na kuya, ako nalang po mag babayad nung tumbler na yun. Sabi ni kuya salamat sir samin kasi yun ma charge eh.
“Sabi ko magkano ba? 35 pesos lang naman pala. Jusko ninakaw pa. Anyway share ko lang. Masama po mag nakaw kailangan po natin bumoto ng leader na may prinsipyo at di nag nanakaw.”
However, some netizens were not really buying his story.

Meanwhile, Pambansang Marites Christian Albert Gaza shared a photo that Rosales supports Salvador Panelo as a senator.
In another post, Gaza even accused him of being a “fake Kakampink.”
He claimed that Rosales was only pretending to be a Vice President Leni Robredo supporter to trigger issues among the supporters.

A certain Red Del Mundo even suggested that the content creator Darryl Yap, a known Marcos supporter–must hire Rosales to be their scriptwriter.

In April 2021, Rosales, along with 10 others, was acquitted by the court for Dacera’s rape and death.
