On February 23, Kapamilya artist Ronnie Alonte shared why he has chosen to remain as Kapamilya.
During the Kapamilya Strong 2022 media conference, Alonte said that ABS-CBN supported him when he had nothing.
He added that ABS-CBN continued to include him in the company despite the arrival of new artists.
Happy. Kasi nandito ‘yung tiwala and suporta nila sa akin.”
He then expressed gratitude toward ABS-CBN’s decision to keep him as one of their artists.
He recalled the highlights of his career as a Kapamilya artist, such as Seklusyon and Vince and Kath and James; while he shared his advice to aspiring new artists.
So ‘yun.”
Alonte is one of the attendees of the Kapamilya Strong event, where 11 stars and talents renewed their commitment with ABS-CBN through signing new contracts with Star Magic on Wednesday..
Present in the contract signing event were Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, Gary Valenciano, Zanjoe Marudo, Erich Gonzales, Jake Cuenca, Jolina Magdangal, Loisa Andalio, Sam Milby, Shaina Magdayao, and Gerald Anderson.
